CBB Civic Association Dues/Security Contributions
Thank you to all of you who support our neighborhood by contributing to our annual HOA dues ($75/year) and security (suggested $1/day = $365/year) contribution drives. For those of you who haven’t had a chance please note the CBB accepts three forms of payment: Venmo, PayPal and checks.
Your dollar works harder when you pay by check or Venmo because we pay a 3% fee to PayPal. HOA fees are due each year in January.
VENMO PAYMENTS:
Our neighborhood association's Venmo id is @CBB-Civic2. Please specify if your payment is for annual dues or security either be sending two separate payments or specifying in the comments how to separate the amount. Make sure that you include your name, home address and how we should allocate your payment with each transaction.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS:
When submitting a payment using PayPal, please indicate your name, home address, and purpose (i.e. annual dues, security program, website sponsor, association donation, etc.) for the payment in the paypal optional message. To pay using PayPal, please use the "Donate" button below...
